Welcome to the Terms of Use of the Cura\u00e7ao Dive mobile application (\u201cApp\u201d) of the Cura\u00e7ao Tourism Development Foundation (doing business as Cura\u00e7ao Tourist Board, \u201cCTB\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before using the App.<\/span><\/p>

These Terms of Use govern the use of this App and the agreement between you and CTB pertaining thereto. These Terms of Use apply to all users who access or use the App and set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the App.<\/span><\/p>

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use. By using the App you accept and indicate, that you agree to all terms, conditions and notices, as contained on the App, as these may, from time to time, be amended by CTB, in its sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>

We reserve the right to make changes, corrections and\/or improvements to the App, as well as to these terms and regulations and\/or any other rules, that govern the use of the App, at any time. That which constitutes a material change will be determine by us at our sole discretion. SEVERABILITY<\/b><\/p>

These Terms of Use of the App constitute the complete agreement between you and CTB on your use of the App. If any provisions of these Terms of Use should be held by a court of law with competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other terms and conditions shall maintain their validity.<\/span><\/p>

GOVERNING LAW AND CHOICE OF FORUM<\/b><\/p>

Any dispute with us, which may arise from or which is related to the use of the App and\/or any information, obtained via the App, shall be governed, exclusively, by the laws of Cura\u00e7ao, with the exclusion of any rules on the conflict of laws.
